How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of your rights, please contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

We will respond to your request within one month. In complex cases, this may be extended by up to two additional months, in which case we will inform you of the extension and the reasons for it.

Exercising your rights is free of charge. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded or excessive, or we may refuse to act on the request.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including:
